We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Provision Garden Menu subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Free trial

Provision Garden Menu offers a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

Recurring subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Refunds for renewal charges follow the 30-day window described above.
